Scheduling was much more difficult and time consuming than normal even though I initiated the process online. I also didn't receive the report for 4 days, even though the inspector said he would send that day and it was a pretty clean report. I've always been pleased, but this experience was pretty disappointing.

Detailed and efficient

Mike is an amazing guy. He was happy to entertain our 3 year old son who tagged along with him throughout most of the inspection process. He was very thorough in articulating concerns he had during the inspection, and was prompt to answer all the questions we had.
