Bill was did an excellent job finding all the little things that a person doesn't notice. He made sure to show us and explain all the items his inspection brought up and provide suggestions for repair and what to look for in the future. He got the final report to us in a very timely fashion that kept us on time with our offer to purchase timelines.
Professional , prompt, met all my expectations.

Your employee was very knowledgeable and helpful
I liked that he pointed out areas that could be improved and that would make the biggest difference on lowering my home energy costs.
