Customer service was outstanding and always quick to respond throughout the entire process. Getting fitted was easy and all the necessary corrections were made. In the couple of instances that the tux shipped out did not fit correctly, the customer service team quickly helped identify the adjustments to be made and sent out the replacement items ASAP so that they arrived before the event. Returning the items was very easy with the prelabeled return slip/package.

Friar's and their staff at the Linda Vista location were TOP notch. I went to Men's Warehouse and was not impressed. Friars tux was cheaper AND had much better quality tuxedos, with more knowledgeable staff. 5 stars!!!

The customer service was great! The whole rental process was quick, easy and professional.
It was easy to put together a suit combination. And swapping out items that didn't fit was super easy.
It was my first time using Friar and I needed a tux for my wedding and they happen to be near my home. I’m extremely happy I gave them a try because everything fit perfectly and I looked and felt awesome on my wedding night.

The suit that I rented from Friar tux was very nice. It was altered to my specific body type. The representative were very courteous. Make sure that my suit looked good and fit great. It is a great rental suit business. Thumbs up great place.
I appreciated the attention to detail when I went in for my initial fitting. I described the way I generally feel comfortable in a tuxedo, and I felt like my requests were taken care of, and taken into consideration. Upon pick up the tuxedo fit nicely and I received compliments on its style, etc.
