Customer service was impeccable; so much better than any other place I went. They made me feel like family, easy to work with, easy for all my groomsmen to get fitted and pick up. The suits were okay, but then, they're rented suits, so I shouldn't have expected a perfectly tailored fit. But they were clean and good quality.

Great customer service. They took a lot of time to help choose the right styles for the groom and groomsmen. Did not rush but gave great suggestions when appropriate. The bride and groom felt very pleased, as did the father of the bride.
