First of all, I need a tuxedo less than 48 hours upon walking into the shop. I was concerned there would not be enough time to rent/buy a tuxedo, and I would have to pay surcharges to expedite the request. To my relief, I neither had to be concerned with timing or extra fees. The service was great (a young woman named Micaela was very positive and extremely helpful).

We had an awesome experience with Zach. He was attentive, friendly, had a great knowledge base of the tuxes and information, and he was great about checking in with us while we waited. I was hesitant to go to other Friar locations because of poor reviews, but this location and Zach in particular made a huge positive impact for the brand and the Escondido location in particular. I will recommend Escondido Friar Tux and Zach personally to people I know without hesitation. Thanks, Zach!

Exceptional customer service...Isaac was very helpful sizing and making recommendations. My preferred tux that was on the website was readily available for sizing as well. Each employee that helped during pickup and return was very approachable and helpful too. Would definitely refer Friar Tux to others.
