I feel like the product could be had anywhere really. A nice tux is a nice tux. What I liked was that you guys didn't make any mistakes in any of our orders, the rental price was very reasonable and competitive, the customer service provided was exceptional and every step of the process was made easy by your staff which alleviated a lot of the stress that can be associated with wedding planning. You guys did a great job and I would absolutely recommend you to friends/family.

I liked how the person was very friendly and she folded and hanged all the things for me when I tried the Tux out before picking it up. She also helped me with the collar extender and I was not charged because I had to bring my tux in one day later.

I forgot my tie for the wedding I attended and with less than an half an hour before the wedding began Vanessa at Friar Tux secured a new tie for me from the Anaheim warehouse just in time! Wardrobe malfunction and huge faux pas averted thanks to the quick accommodation of Vanessa at the Arcadia shop. I hope the bride got the perfect wedding she wanted, but if she didn’t I know it wasn’t because of the dumb groomsman forgetting his tie! The other staff were also very helpful at making the appropriate adjustments to my rental suit. Thanks!
