Donna wasn't really friendly she didn't try and understand my style and I went in and came out looking the same just with a trim. I asked for a fade and I don't believe she knows how to do that. As well as I tried stricking a conversation but her attitude and her one worded responses made it seem like I was doing her a favor she didn't ask if I wanted the MVP which I did but before I was going to bring it up to her attention she was already making her way to the register. She gave me a punch card which was different than the one I usually receive and she didn't offer the season pass but I will not do it at this location 😔 because I wouldn't want to have to avoid Donna so I'll stick to the Irvine location were I see Trang. I came to this location because I was in the area at that time will not go again.
The stylists at the Goldenwest location are consistently friendly, welcoming, and excellent at their craft. We drive over from Cypress, past several other salons, specifically to get our boys hair cut here.

The ease of being able to come in and get my haircut whenever I want. The cleanliness of the store is a big one for me. Everyone is very nice to deal with and makes you feel comfortable.
