This was one of the worst haircuts I have ever had. Prior to the start of the cut I took the time to explain, in detail, how I wanted my hair cut and how much to take off. The cut was not even in many places and way too short on the sides with nothing left to comb, as requested prior to the start of the cut. There was a spot where the hair was flipping up and the ends were sticking up in the air. When I remarked about the area in question, the stylist asked me what I wanted to do to correct the problem and if I wanted more hair to be cut. I was the customer not the stylist the expertise is with her and not me, the customer. A very bad experience and I will not be back. JUST TERRIBLE!!!!

I got someone who was terrible this time. She gave me the expensive cut without asking me what I wanted. And she was clueless how to cut hair also and took forever.

Hair cut is the way I like it.
Very poor haircut. Had large painful scrape marks on back of my neck that evening and the next day. They must have been from the way she used the clippers on my neck hair. Halfway through haircut another stylist (Christina) had to step in and show my stylist how the properly complete the cut. I didn't get my stylist's name, but she said she was down in Tampa from Tennessee. Basically all she talked about was moving back. Again, very poor haircut. Probably one of my worst ever!
After my haircut the manager stated I should get some hair products from you, and thge selling feature was a free haircut that she was quick to point out. Months later right before I came in for my haircut I grabbed the coupon and then noticed that there was a free haircut, but only for new clients. I felt that she was dishonest when it came to the sale.
Was given to someone that doesn't know how to fade someone else had to finish my hair and power went out in middle and I had to finish in the lobby in front of everyone and nobody offered anything to make up for it
enjoyed the service of the stylists and was very pleased with my haircut. She would cut a little at the time and check with me to see if I wanted to have it cut shorter

I found the overall experience very professional and by shampooing after the haircut I was left with no hairs in my collar. This is the first haircut I have ever had with that result. I could continue on without a shirt change, priceless! I will be a customer from now on.
