The customer service was outstanding. Beginning with Patricia explaining the projects I wanted done to the gentleman who completed the work. He was on time, pleasant, did the work and cleaned up after. I didn't have to deal with boxes or material that needed to be taken to the landfill.

It was clear to us they cared about what they were doing. We were impressed with how they focused on safety and thoroughness with each of the 34 windows they installed. They took the time to “do it right” and it showed. We would recommend them without reservation.
The windows themselves are already making a difference. No more drafts or dust that was the case with the old windows. The new Arlin windows open and close smoothly, and are clearly providing insulation for the house that is lowering our energy use. They are great windows!
All in all, Nex-Gen is a great company to deal with. We would go to them again if there was a need for more windows.

The pergolas is just what we were looking for. It frames in our outdoor tv area perfectly and provides some shade and the structure to hold the lights, heaters and fan! The original team was knowledgeable and helpful in their suggestions regarding design and the installation was flawless!

Never heard of Homefeather! The crew from Polytech did the garage floor and it looks great! Cameron did an excellent job of communicating through out and what to do after they left.

Having spent over 40 years in Marketing and Sales I would suggest you need to address the confusing maize of company names; l contracted with Polytech, Cameron asked that I make the check out to Zim Improvements and Homefeather solicits my recommendation!

Polytech is a sticky appropriate brand name for the resurfacing business. With out any info, Homefeather and Zim Home Improvements sound like someone working out of there garage!

The estimate to have my basement crack fixed was reasonably priced, but when the tech came out to do the work, he recommended additional staples that doubled the price. The tech, Salvador, was very good, he explained each step of what he was going to do and why. He recommended the additional staples to help hold the wall in place and his explanation made good sense so I agreed.

I am a bit disappointed that I was not made aware of the possibility of the additional services when the estimate was done, to have to make that decision when the work was being done is not good business practice.

I was concerned about creating any dust in the basement and Salvador put up sheeting to reduce the dust. He cleaned up after the work was done. He was always polite and careful. He is a great employee.

Efficient, friendly and knowledgeabl

We selected Childers Brothers to stabilize our nearly 100-year old, two-story Jr. High building here at Gruver ISD. Construction began in 1928, and although a compete renovation of the inside was done in 1986, nothing had been done to the foundation since the late '20's. They were professional, communicative, and honest in their dealings with us. The work was done while classes were in session, so they were also safe.

Although it is too early to tell whether or not the stabilization was successful, the track record of Childers Brothers - and the laws of physics - suggests that it will be. In fact, we have contracted with them to come back and stabilize our other two campuses this summer: the high school and the elementary.

Their handyman successfully completed a wide variety of tasks over a two-day period. Everything was done perfectly and with some projects the handyman and I developed the solution together. He was easy to collaborate with.

I was very happy with the communication regarding the shipment and installation process. The windows looks great and my dad can already tell the difference with the airflow in the home.
