The roof and downspout replacement work was excellent, and the production crew including Nick, Jesus and the final Inspection crew were very professional and easy to work with. Calls were returned by Nick the production manager, Jesus and his crew conducted themselves professionally. The Inspection crew explained the final product and noted that the downspouts had not been replaced and delayed final inspection until the downspouts were replaced. I would certainly recommend Beldon based on the final product and the staff listed above. However, administrative staff including Harry Hjerpe who failed to install the downspouts in a timely manner after specifically telling me they would be installed failed to follow up as a result the final inspection was delayed. Diana Gonzalez the scheduler was very difficult to work with, it does not appear to me that she is aware of the stress for homeowners/property owners involved in a roof replacement ($28,000.00) expense. Specifically, although there was a leak identified by the Beldon Salesperson, she would not work with me in speeding up the roof installation, and treated my phone calls as a nuisance. You have a great product but need to work on your Admin staff. Best Regards

Very pleased with the crew . Every one had their own job and it was just like clockwork.The clean up was just as efficient as the crew was with the installation. I can't say anything about the gutters because we have not had any rainfall, but I'm sure they will be as efficient as advertised.

We had to go with the covered gutters. We are old now and cannot be traipsing up and down ladders anymore. Our old gutters were completely worn out. I had to get over the sticker shock! The guys came and did a wonderful job--the new gutters look great. They cleaned everything up completely. We just had two big rain storms go through and it was wonderful to see how well they worked. no more gushing over the top--no more leaking below. I am very happy with the job they did and with the product. Thank you for making our life much easier!

Our entire experience with Royal Covers was, from beginning to end, well, "royal!"

We were referred to Royal Covers by a good friend of ours who had a pergola installed by Royal Covers last year. He was very pleased with the entire project and the quality of the lattice cover, so we called Royal Covers when we were ready to start our project.

Larry See came out to our house and did a great job explaining the process, learning what we wanted, and offering suggestions and ideas. Others at the company who were working behind the scenes and who we never met included "TJ" who prepared and submitted the building permit application with the City of Surprise, and Ryan who kept us informed about the project timeline and scheduling for installation. Our final interaction was with the installer, Chris I believe, who did a fantastic job of installing a pergola we are very happy with. Everyone was just so nice to work with. It was clear from the beginning that Royal Covers wanted us to be happy with our experience and with their product/installation, and we certainly are!

That the service has a life time guarantee. The 2 men came to our buildings and did the 3 cracks fairly quickly.

The sales representative was very informed about the product my spouse and I were interested in, but I never felt rushed for a commitment. Also took time to find out about us personally which resulted in a sizable discount for the cost. The crew was polite, clean and efficient. They cleaned up the job site when finished which was a problem with the contractor who installed our siding. Our ONLY regret was NOT knowing about you folks before we had the siding, roofing and windows installed. I highly recommend you consider some advertising in this area! We have already recommended your company to acquaintances.

Low pressure sales visit with proposal and costs outlined. They installed a day earlier than scheduled as their schedule opened up. Installers were prompt, friendly, professional and tidied up nicely after finishing.

LOVE my porch cover.........can enjoy the summer without being beat to death by the sun, the rain without getting wet, and open windows during a rain storm without rain coming in the house! There is not anything I don't love about it......except maybe not doing it sooner!
