I feel very welcome every morning on arrival and find the trainers to always be friendly and helpful. The classes are brilliant and good fun too. Keep up the good work!!

I like the beautiful exercise rooms and all the other rooms. I like the number of exercise machines that are available. It's just a nice place to come.
The front staff they are amazing. And Sean is a really nice Pearson, I had a problem in the past with one of their trainers but he help me out. Plus I always feel like I am welcome.
clean, variety, and good customer service
We both think the Rady JCC is a friendly, well run facility. It is very clean and there are many opportunities to try a variety of classes. The staff are always very professional when approached with a question. Our only comment/complaint is that the music in classes is typically too loud for the (hearing) well being of both the participants and the leader.

The trainers & other staff members are always friendly & eager to help. Personal assistance in planning the exercise program that fits my age and abilities, recognizing my health and risk factors. A nice, clean facility.

When we first joined, Pat was at the desk and was extremely helpful in showing us all the machines, how they work and what they do for your body. He was patient with our questions and made us feel right at home.

Clean environment with diverse assortment of weights and machines. I like having a sauna and steam room as well. Tanning on site with a variety of beds.
