Trainers and employees are personal in their concern, yet stay polite and professional. There is an atmosphere of welcome to the older generation, families and the very out of shape. I like the 24/7 access choice and the extended pool hours are fabulous! Little things like the towels for sweat and classes, the soap and shampoo in the showers and the water/ice access make a major difference in comfort and cleanliness.

Everyone is so helpful and courteous! I do have one complaint! There seems to be more younger people at the gym at 4:30 a.m. when a lot of us workout! We absolutely love it when we come in and music is playing! It really gets the momentum going! Then Linda comes in turns the music off and turns the TV's to news and Forensic Files! Nobody wants to come to a gym to watch depressing things like those shows! Then when we go to the Olympic bars, we have nothing! If the music was going it would be awesome!!
The poolside area with the personnel guards and teachers is wonderfully professional. The arthritis fibromyalgia I suffer with is relieved much through the arthritic classes that are given. I have physical therapy a couple times a week and with the classes I can feel the release of the tightness to a strengthening of my week fribro muscles. I've struggled not just in both my arms but my ankles as well making movement quite difficult. I'm currently still an independent licensed driver, but if the crippling effects of the fibromyalgia runs rapid without being checked I'll loose this independence. Today was one of the best days where a lady spoke of her release of pain in her knee after continuing with the classes for a month. I feel encouraged that I'll improve in flexibility and strength without added surgeries and increased medicines. Thankyou

I like the "not a gym" atmosphere. There are normal people there for personal fitness - not bodybuilders and gym rats. I also like the 24 hr access.
Love the new machines and that I have rarely had to wait for the machine I want. There is always someone there to answer questions and I appreciate the acknowledgment at the front door when we check in. It is great that Physical Therapy Associates is right there and I can practice my exercises on the machines in the gym!
I like the type of ellipticals which are easier on my lower back.
