Kathy and Alila (HPF am class) are excellent instructors. My yoga skills are limited but they always treat me and everyone in the class as equals and with compassion.
They're very attentive and provide excellent tips through out the class that help me execute the poses best I can.
They are also so very friendly and kind.

Great instructors, class times and clean facilities.
Having a great time. I've take approx four sculpt classes, one C1 and an HPF. All the instructors are great. I'm probably among the least fit in the sculpt class so I'll single out Elise who made an emphasis on how to modify certain moves to make these easier or harder. Even among a really fit group like the Winnetka sculpt class there are people who can't do every plank on their toes so its a huge help to have some options to make it a little easier when I need to. Having said that I've loved all the instructors. I like that even in a corporate chain the trainers seem to be encouraged to bring their own personalities to each class.
I'd love it if CPY offered resistance training with lower reps and higher weights.

The teachers are terrific. So happy to be i class with Rachel today. She has such a great way of allowing all levels to feel comfortable in her class.
There is a problem at the studio however. The last two days it has been a pigsty. Yesterday, when you walked in, it smelled rancid. What’s going on?
Great classes, it’s not all hipity dipity (I don’t need saving but like the calming / tough workout), clean, great instructors (they ingage in conversation to make you feel welcome). All in all a great experience

I live in Colorado and was visiting Naperville. I dropped in for some Yoga at the Naperville location. The ladies were super friendly and made me feel like I was one of the regulars. The instructor was terrific too. Loved this place

I did an HPF class with Monica and it was really rewarding. Her attitude was amazing and so was the music! I will definitely be coming back to this class when I am in the area again.
The teachers are genuinely friendly. I feel like I’m chatting or checking in with a friend. It’s nit a forced smile, it’s genuine kindness. It feels like a community. I prefer this location I we the Naperville south location as they are more snobby.

The teachers are well trained, friendly, and professional. I know I will get a solid work out in every class. While you can count on the class format, the teachers always bring fresh and innovative sequences to keep things interesting.
Great instructors, efficient check in and services, cleanlliness, times for sessions, music, a good sweaty workout.
