Very friendly, helpful staff and a great atmosphere. I wasn't sure what to expect from my first yoga class but I can say I really enjoyed it and felt comfortable.
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The instructors clearly love what they do and fill the room with positivity and love that is contagious. I will definitely be coming back even after my free 2weeks are up!

The class selection....great schedule for working moms! Also, all the instructors are excellent. They are supportive regardless of our skill level. Nina, Emily, Jill D. and Tiffiny are my favorite instructors...fun, kind, and eager to help.
Everything except the prices. Very expensive. I wish there were more cadio classes too. Ryder's at every gym would be great! Also, too hot in sculpt class! A few degrees cooler would be amazing.

Friendly staff, plenty of classes and locations.
I love the wet face towel at the end of class with lavender and lemon. the South Loop studio doesn't do this. Also - Kathy's class was very helpful. She made even beginners feel very welcomed with doing poses the right way.
