I enjoy being guided through stretches and being reminded of ways to either get more from a stretch or a better, safer way to elongate my muscles. I love how the heat helps to loosen my muscles and the positive friendly atmosphere of the studio.

I love core power yoga in Glenview. It all started with a free Wednesday class with Matthew and one week of free yoga promotion is what did the trick for me to sign in as a monthly member. I don't get a chance to go every day but try very hard to find time to make it to at least 4 classes a week. I mix between C1 and HPF. The facility is always clean, staff is super friendly and there are some exceptional instructors there. I love this location and the convenience of night classes is the number one reason I like Core power. You guys are doing great job :)
