many class offerings throughout the day so i can usually find a time to come in. the facility is really beautiful. i like that every class i've been to indicated that the moves are the same so that i can focus on getting better instead of having to focus on the instructor.

Everything!! I am extremely comfortable in class (no judgement). I love every teacher I've had. I have made yoga a part of my everyday life. Its such a good workout and so beneficial in so many ways!! Its perfect for me!!
