Both of the Technicians were very nice to speak to. They were thorough and my carpets in my business look brand new at 4 years old.
The Technicians were respectful of wearing a mask, keeping social distancing and explaining the cleaning and drying process.

My grout was not able to be much improved, but I was not expecting a miracle. However, the wool rug you guys took to your shop for cleaning came back looking spectacular! I was very impressed. It has some intricate needle work and those parts almost look 3D now! Like the day I bought it 15 years ago.

I love that there was no strong shampoo smell afterwards which aggravates my asthma when I’ve had other companies clean my carpets. The tech. was so fast and quiet and did such a great job letting me know exactly what needed to be done and didn’t try to make me feel pressured to buy more than I really wanted.
