Comfort for my feet. First time purchase.
Excellent service, bought my Hoka tennis shoes after much social media advertising, loved them but realized they were too big, tried them for a week as suggested by the store. When I went back to explain how they felt while I was running they immediately recognized they were half a size too big and without any hesitation exchanged them for me.

Shoes fit perfectly it took quite a long time to get as there was a special order but they followed up and let us know of the arrival. We add lmost blue it off but decided to follow up and are glad we did.

The staff here are so friendly and are willing to take the time and help you find the right shoe , so many different selections of the different brands the staff that are working there are really knowledgeable about every single running shoe they have in stock, and try to fit you with the best one , I did have to take a pair of running shoes back no questions asked they gave me a complete refund and help me find the right shoe that I’ve been running with I will continue to support them, if you’re looking for the right shoe and the right fit I would definitely recommend them

Erin provided great service and was very knowledgeable. She used the measuring device to check my shoe size and other information. I appreciate that she is a runner and not just sales person. She was very patient and also checked the other store for a different color shoe in one of my shoe options. She also offered an insert and explained the features as I mentioned I usually put inserts in my running shoes. I walked around the store with the inserts and without the inserts in several different shoes. I had planned to buy HOKA shoes on sale and as there were none, I was not prepared for the total investment required for the shoes and inserts. Erin told me I could purchase them later after trying out the shoes which is a refreshing change from the usual experience when buying shoes.
