The staff was willing to spend time with me to ensure that I had the proper fit even though they were closing in 25 minutes. I felt no pressure from Jessie to hurry up and select a pair of shoes. I was impressed by the level of detail provided as to why one shoe was better or different than another. I will definitely be returning for future running shoe purchases.

The personnel touch I recieved and the how much the workers knew. I like the shoe brands that you keep in stock. I also like it that you keep a full supply of fliers for races and you have good supply of running clothes and equiptment

You do need to get watermelon chomps in stock though, because they are the only flavor I like.

Shoes are selected for my feet specifics, not just based on what activity they will be used for. The Fit Specialist watches me run/walk in the shoe to be sure it not only fits, but is appropriate for me

Individualized customer service. The staff were helping my 9 and 11 year old with shoes. The spoke to my kids respectfully and with full explanations of the whole process and why each step was important. This has occurred with every visit. The staff are very good with kids and parents! Very professional and helpful.
