I recently visited yoiur store for the first time with my grandson who needed his first pair of track/running shoes. Mason introduced himself to both of us, listened to our questions and never once did he "talk down" to either one of us, even though we had a very obvious lack of knowledge concerning these shoes. Although the store seemed rather busy, we didn't feel rushed or pressured in our purchase. My grandson is very happy with his shoes and I was pleasantly surprised at the price.

Liz helped me a few days ago at the Chesterfield store. She was outstanding with her customer service. She is very knowledgeable about the running shoes and gear. She took a lot of time with me, answered every question, and was very poised and mature for her age.I felt confident that she knew exactly what she was talking about. She is very impressive and nice. I love the personal service that each customer receives. The salespeople spend as much time as needed with each customer so when you have to wait it's ok because you know you're going to get the same kind of service.
