This was an initial consultation, and I got a little lost on the way to the facility. When I called, the person who answered the phone was very helpful. I only waited a few minutes before I was called back, which was nice. Everything was explained fully to me, the laser was only a little uncomfortable, which was a nice surprise. I am looking forward to starting treatment!
