i appreciate how the lady who took me back for my first appointment was real patient with me, because I
did not know that the bikini wold hurt as it did the first time i went to the back and that time it hurt.
she called me a "wiggle worm." I guess i was. i only let her do the laser , to laser it about 3 times before
it hurt so that i had to ask her to stop.
then after about a minute i was ready to go again.
after that minute, i was always comfortable with her, i could hold on to the side of her and it idid not bother her.
SHe was very nice, so nice that I have now invested in a whole body hair removal.
I trust her and appreciate that she knows so much about what she is doing.
I wish that I could say her name, but i forget it.
I was told that she is the best to go to and I am glad that I chose her to schedule an appointment with

My appointment was a 11:00 am appointment this past Friday and I really appreciate how the person was ready for me, too.

I enjoyed my entire visit. Elizabeth at the front desk was an absolute joy to deal with, I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Anya is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions, and eased my anxiety about having the laser hair removal.

I have hormone imbalance and as a result I had a lot of thick and coarse hair. I am having full-body laser treatment and am almost done with my course. I have seen great results from my laser therapy and I am almost hair free (almost because of the fine hair which I don’t mind, otherwise, laser has gotten rid of all the coarse hair). It feels great not to worry about shaving anymore.
The people at skin matters are very understanding, professional and helpful especially my aesthetician Shelan. She is amazing and made me very comfortable from the first visit, so I decided to stay with her. She is very thorough in her work to ensure the client is satisfied. There was a misunderstanding around my schedule during my initial visits, but she stayed after hours to make sure I receive my treatment.
The price I paid was very reasonable compare to all the waxing, shaving and tension I had to go through. I just hope I don’t get any of the hair back after my treatment is over.
That I can achieve the results that I am looking for with the laser removal of the facial hair on my upper lip. Thank you.

I love the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kristy is fantastic and delightful and Mellissa is also wonderful. It is my third Lipo Laser and I bought a group of 12 sessions. I do hope and expect the lasers to work on my problem areas.
