The customer service is excellent I like the way that they invite you to look at what they are doing and what they found what you want to do before it is taken care of to make sure that you're happy with the experience and that it stays within your budget.
Service is fast and affordable.
Your products and services are great, but what you charge for labor for some of the service is crazy. For example to replace 2 windshield wipers is $20.00, which should be $5.00 for labor because it only takes 3 to 4 minutes to snap on 2 windshield wipers. It's not hard to do. Another example, to check your engine or motor to see what's wrong you charge $84.00 for a d-test. It should be no more than $25 or $30 dollars, because you are not fixing anything, you're just checking to see what's wrong. That should be changed. Precision Tune really needs to stop overcharging customers for some of there labor, which does not take a lot of time, nor is some of the labor is hard to do. But other than that, the service is great.
The technician was helpful with explaining things in a form I could understand. Also fast service.

If you are looking for an affordable shop that has speedy service then this is the place. Nicest people I've met at a shop and explain everything to you so you know exactly what is going on. They are completely honest with their work, and I'll definitely be back when I need maintenance done to my car!

I enjoyed the professionalism among the employees. And yet, everyone seemed to get along and enjoy each other. I also noticed that every employee is dedicated to their job and doing it the right way. The first person I encountered had a smile on his face the whole time we interacted. The second person/clerk was equally as pleasant. Someone asked if there was more coffee available and she quickly stated she could make some easily. He was very appreciative. It appears that the comfortability exuded by the employees is due to the general manager who seems to be a very decent and kind man. Even the clients who came in were pleasant and knew the employees well. I believe Precision Tune gets a lot of return customers.
