I will definitely continue to use Precision Auto Tune for my oil changes and car repair needs. The last time I was in a few months ago my car and I were both treated very well and this most recent time Rick communicated with me very well. He made sure I understood everything he was saying which was very helpful considering I am very ignorant about cars. I felt respected and helped and not taken advantage of or looked down upon at all. My issues were addressed appropriately which was a big relief. The coupons from the website were also helpful.

Your customer service attendant Ms. Brandy was great. Her customer service skills was amazing. She spoke to everyone and explain everything to the ladies step by step, that because women don't get the mechanical language like men. She is a keeper. I will return again and again with that type of greeting and closing for customer. Thanks.
I was amazed at the cleanliness and comfort of the waiting area and amenities provided. Fresh coffee and cold waters were available. There was a play area for my 2 year old that was perfect! The only thing I would change was a more family friendly selection for the lobby television, there was quiet a violent movie playing and something more neutral would be best.
