I got to say, its more the people than anything else! Dropped off my car to be fixed, they had to diagnose its and everything. Told him i was planning to pick it up the next day. After i got home i realized my kids had a cub scouts meeting! Called the shop and he said no worries they would rush on it. All in all got it fixed in about 2 and a half hours, which was a miracle! Great job guys!

They sent a guy out to my car to look at the engine. Turns out, I needed a battery and only needed a jump to start my car, thus saving me $100+ towing bill.
It's close to my home, so it's convenient. The counter man and mechanic were friendly and knowledgable.
I like the fact that you guys work with WakeMed to provide discounts on services to their employees. You guys are always thorough in your work and explaining what you have completed. In my book you guys are Awesome!
Awsome service and technicians
Everything was fine. Staff was friendly. I had gone someplace else for an inspection which would have taken 20 minutes but their machine was down. So I went over to PT with no appointment. So I appreciate being worked in within an hour or so but it all took longer. But nothing you could do about that.
