Precision Tune on Charlotte Pike in Nashville always takes great care of my vehicle in a professional and timely manner. Chris always gives me great advice for my High Performance vehicle, and many times doesn't charge me for his time to figure out what's happening, or what's unusual. I have always had great service and work at this location.

The gentleman who was working at the counter gave me some information about my car that was extremely helpful and no other mechanic offered me that information when I specifically asked about the ongoing problem. I very much appreciate him going above and beyond. I also appreciate his expertise in knowing that there was a problem, even though I had not asked him about it because I was resigned to not being able to have it repaired.

I was informed every time something happened, like with the part they let me know it may have been too old because it was dusty so he had to get me another one. my blower is working well as of right now but we shall see! as long as it doesn’t go out again in the next few months I will definitely be back for other things!
The owner was very kind, informative, and genuine. An experience like that is hard to come by when it comes to the automotive world. Very grateful for people like him still in it!
