The staff and photographers were nice and mostly organized. Only issue was coordination of information with I9. I9 told us to arrive 45 min early if we wanted to do individual shots, but when I arrived I was told that individual shots would be taken once the whole team arrived. It was not fun entertaining a 4 year old for an extra 45 min With not much to do.

Fast, friendly service on picture day. Received pictures in mail quickly and they looked great! Didn't like paying the extra shipping fee which could have gone towards another photo option. Maybe if all pics went to coach to hand out we could cut down on that fee.
