WE HAVE BEEN USING YOUR COMPANY THROUGH THE TOWN WERE MY SON PLAYS BASEBALL FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS. THIS YEAR HOWEVER THE PICTURES DID NOT COME OUT VERY WELL KIND OF LIGHT. I CALLED TO SAY THAT THE PICTURES WERE NOT TO MY SATISFACTION AND WITHOUT ANY HESITATION YOU MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE THE PICTURES RETAKEN. A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED A NEW SET OF PICTURES THAT WERE JUST GREAT. NOTHING BUT PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!

you're pecise, on time, good quality photography, but in all the years of the baseball league my sons play for whom use your company, this season was the WORST of photos I have ever received, and would really apprecaite a REFUND!

The pictures have always been very nice, and any time I've had a problem over the years it was always fixed promptly. My only complaint would be that your prices have gotten pretty high for the plaques which is what I always buy. (plus a handling fee on top of that)
