The website is easy to navigate. There are many great cookie gift choices and prices. I encountered a small issue that was solved within a short time. The cookies were delivered when I requested. The cookies are always delicious and beautiful!

The customer service is excellent! The cookies I ordered last minute (thanks hubby) on Christmas Eve Eve were unavailable. I received a call letting me know and they included an additional half dozen gourmet cookies for the “inconvenience”. Not an inconvenience at all but very much appreciated. The cookies were delivered and very much enjoyed! I am grateful that my order was accepted and delivered. Merry Christmas!

The Staff at Cookie’s by design were fantastic! I recently had a surgery and was unable to make my own cookies to decorate with my grandchildren. This gave me the opportunity to decorate cookies and have this memory with them without all the time and mess. The kids loved it! Cookies were tasty and fresh.
