I placed an order for a hospital delivery. Before it could arrive, my friend was released from the facility. I contacted the cookie shop and shared my dilemma. To my surprise, the staff asked for my friend’s home address and offered to send their arrangement with no change to the delivery date. To better understand why this is so impressive; the original delivery was Boston Children’s Hospital and the new home delivery was North Hampton, NH! And to add to my level of gratitude, there was no additional charge for service! I am so impressed and so grateful for such kind hearted people. Thank you! You brought a beautiful smile to a little girl who needed her day brightened and cheer to my heart as well!!

Everything about the experience is great. It's easy to order online, but if you have to call in they are amazing to deal with. Bouquets are always gorgeous, fresh and wonderful. The adder cookies are delicious also. It's such a unique product to gift to someone.
