The gentleman who delivered our cookie bouquet was AMAZING! I live too far away to visit my sister who was in a rehab facility (in VA) after a bad fall. He brought a HUGE smile to her face with his personal greeting, warm smile, and a masterpiece cookie bouquet, the likes of which she has never seen! As he walked in her room, he reminded her (as it said on her card) that somebody in Michigan loves her! He didn’t just hand her the bouquet and run off. She was lonely and honestly…she was eager for somebody to talk to. He took a few moments of his time to just listen and encourage her. That lifted her spirits incredibly. Then he called me to tell me all about the delivery which lifted MY spirits! This man deserves to be greatly commended for his outstanding work ethic and customer service. Because of this extraordinary experience, I will recommend Cookies By Design to everyone I know!!
