The staff is very professional!
Fitness Together in Belmont, Ma has exceeded my expectations in every way. I have worked with 5 different trainers at this location and every single one is excellent Friendly, polite, professional, and full of encouragement. Each workout builds on the previous workouts and while they are challenging, it is never so hard you don’t look forward to the next session. If you want to become more flexible, get stronger, and lose weight, this is the place. Add in the nutrition component and it is easily worth the investment of your time and money.

The times are very convenient and the workouts are excellent. Molly is fantastic.
I look a lot less pregnant than I I did 2 months ago. For the money I spent, I might have 1 piece of the equipment they have and it would be in a room with clothes hanging on it. I have never been comfortable in a gym. I don’t know how to use the equipment or which equipment to use to achieve my goals. Levi and John are great motivators. These guys have improved my health and my life significantly.
Fitness Together Melrose is a welcoming and friendly place: the atmosphere, the trainers and the other members. You feel supported and encouraged by the whole FT community. Fitness Together Melrose also works to develop and offer opportunities and ideas on adding activity, nutritional improvements and, in general, more healthy habits to your lifestyle. These offerings aren't pushed on any member but the sense of community means they draw you in instead of pushing you to do them. The carrot is definitely more attractive than the stick!

Flexible hours. All of the trainers are very skilled and professional. Workout rooms are spacious and private. Treadmills available. Location is very close to home.
I like that the fitness program is one-on-one and designed specifically to my needs.

This is not the gym class I dreaded in Junior High.
It’s got all the good support I require to grow stronger and more confident with a healthy sense of humor sprinkled on top.
Still very happy with Fitness Together. Just modified my program to concentrate more on flexibility and balance and it is exactly what I wanted/needed.

Everything's great, but it's pricey for my friends.
I love FT. Everyone is very knowledgeable, kind, and very accommodating. I have health issues that require flexibility with my sessions, and I’ve received that. Flexibility, kindness, and understanding. I’m so appreciative. Marques, Brandon, and Bryce have been wonderful trainers, and I’m definitely seeing progress.
Designed specifically for my needs and abilities. Trainers mix it up each time as well.
