Fitness Together is wonderful. They make high quality personal training accessible and fun! I’ve been trianing here for years and they have helped me adapted to all the changes in life with strength and confidence. From elite level ski prep, to finding a new version of fitness after having a baby, to safely returning to workouts after shoulder surgery; I’ve appreciated their expert coaching and support.
This is a program that measures your skill level and works with you to strive for strengthening your weak areas. Everyone is very kind and professional and knowledgeable about the body and using what muscles and why. It is a great program!
Great trainers, well organized, personal. Trainers are skilled and my work with Justin has helped me gain strength. He's also very creative and has been able to work with and accomdate any limitations I have. Kerri is on top of the system, helpful and communicative about any needs. Thanks.
Sixteen months in and the benefits of my training and nutrition work are still getting better. I work primarily with Sara, and she has made the training engaging with new and creative programs every several weeks. I’m in the FT gym once or twice a week. But I’ve also learned how to better train at home to keep progressing. Of the many benefits, one I am particularly happy with is not having any significant low back pain since I started. The programs are designed to build strength, flexibility, balance and stamina….but in a wholly functional way that translates into every day life. It has been a great investment.
The one-on-one training as well as a program that the trainers develop for you to meet your personal goals. The Fairfax facility has some of the best caring trainers that i have ever encountered.

I really like the team as coaches.
They don't just help me lift weights. They coach me about fitness inside and outside the studio. Also, they encourage me to drink water, and stretch, and walk, and be more active in my life.

I have been going to Fitness Together for over 10 years. Their individual attention is what I love. They develop a program for me taking into consideration what areas I want to focus on. The program is changed every 6 six weeks to give me a well rounded workout. Their trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They keep me coming back.
I have known Mike, Kevin, Joe, Anthony and the FT team for many years. I came in to meet with them on several occasion and even attended some training, but struggled to find a time I could consistently make the training sessions. Finally, after several years of timing challenges we were able to find a time that worked for both our schedules. I have consistently attend training sessions twice a week for the past two months. This has been the best decision I have ever made for my health.
I have had chronic lower back pain for 5-10 years. I have seen a chiropractor and utilized stretches to relieve this pain which was helpful. About a month into consistently attending the training sessions I noticed my lower back pain was not as evident. Even after shoveling snow for 7 hours after a blizzard we had, I only experienced little back pain for a day. In the past it would have taken me several days to not have any back pain from that amount of exertion. I currently wake up and work my entire day without any issues with my back. Obviously, the training has helped to reestablish my core strengthen which has alleviated this chronic pain.
I highly recommend Fitness Together to anyone who wants to strengthen their core and maintain an active lifestyle well into their golden years. I will be a lifelong client. I can't thank team FT enough for what this has done for me!!!
I should note, I live a very active lifestyle participating in many different types of sports and have worked out my entire life. This is the first time working out has helped with my back issue. In addition my wife has noticed a change in my muscle tone woot woot.
Training is tailored to the individual. Exercise routines are developed to support the goals of the client. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel better after my exercise session.
I feel great for my age, thanks to Fitness Together. They are very friendly and professional. Just a great atmosphere to work out.
