Chad was by far the most thorough in his inspection that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He left nothing unturned and had explained everything to me that he had noticed good and bad. When I had received his report not only was it in paper but also was sent via email. The email contained a full report plus any questionable issues with links on how to fix them.
