What do I like about Mormac Inspections? Simple: Chad's character. He appears honest and sincere... really genuine. He clearly has a passion for his work and he makes you feel like he cares about the service he's providing to you... probably because he TRULY does. It's more than small town service. It's integrity.
Liked the fact he took the time to explain everything. I really like the binder with all the pictures of problems with the solutions provided.
Report was very detailed and done quickly after inspection, had an inspection done on selling house in Edson and the report I got from them was an embarrasment compaired to yours.

Chad did a very thorough and professional inspection for us, and devoted much time to answering our questions. His recommendations for addressing the concerns we had, methods for remediation of building shortcomings, and explanation of the current building code requirements were most appreciated.
