the food! its soo delicious. i do miss 2 dishes a previous chef regularly put on the menu: (the magnificently talented chef Brent Banda) one was Rissotto with Nantucket Bay Scallops and a carrot top pesto - it was superb. and another divine dish chef Banda made was Beef Short Rib Agnolotti with Red Wine Butter Reduction (the beef was braised in red wine and minced with carmelized onions as a rich filling for tender pasta agnolotti (kinda like ravioli but shaped like pot stickers) and served with a red wine butter reduction and maybe a drizzle of balsamic saba...it was heavenly food of the gods! bring those 2 dishes back and i'll eat there 3 nights each week lol. thank you for the wonderful food!

What do you like about our restaurant?

Everything. The food is always delicious. The staff is efficient, friendly, and attentive without interrupting conversations. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The back porch has roll down plastic walls with some fresh air and heaters. The only bad thing is that so many people love the place, you need a reservation.

We love the food, the staff and the ambiance. We so appreciate the interest that our servers and others on the staff show in us and thoroughly enjoy our conversations with them. We consider La Tavola to be a citywide restaurant with a strong neighbourhood connection.

We sat at the bar for a last minute dinner and I’m sad I can’t remember the bar tenders name but he was great! He helped us choose a nice wine and helped to enhance our dining experience. He reminded me about pasta Monday nights - we will definitely be there.
Thanks Fifth Group for always providing a great dining experience.

La Tavola is a favorite for the menu, the ambience, and the consistent great service. I ordered a special dinner, tagliolini and the yummy olive cake with lemon.. I dealt with Gavin and Leah, who were each lovely and wanted me to have a great birthday, which I so appreciated!

It's very authentic and the staff is superlative! Recently had some veal and which I would normally pair with a red but the staff recommended an amazing white! This is a restaurant that I want to take guests to, because I'm so sure of it's quality!

What do you like about our restaurant?

This is our favorite restaurant! We love the staple items like the bolognese and the meatballs! We also love having some seasonal changes every so often. Everything is always delicious. The staff are always the nicest people! They seem incredibly knowledgeable about the food and wine! The wine list is also really impressive. I love trying different Italian wines out. We love coming here, and we usually have to drive an hour just to do so!
