I have never used a moving company before, I was referred to them and also read many reviews. I am extremely happy with Meathead Movers. From start to finish everyone at the office, on the phone and the 4 movers who helped move were so kind, caring, respectful and professional. The move was seamless. These guys worked hard and were very careful in handling our boxes. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! I would recommend this company to anyone needing a moving service

This company is first class from start to finish. From speaking with Nam in customer service to inquire about setting up the move to the movers, Kevin and Richard's, great service, Meathead Movers is the best. The movers were very hard working, expedient, courteous, thorough and pleasant. The cost was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Meathead movers and would definitely use them again.

I was originally told I would three movers, and I was only sent two. It made the process take much longer then expected. Which was a tad frustrating.

I got unloaders quickly after placing a call. Nam, my representative was very professional and personable. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I used unloaders twice for two different portable storage units. Both times, they were prompt, courteous, careful, professional, and worked very quickly. They worked in less than the minimum hours both times. The first time, I had Michael, Joseph, and Matthew. The second time, Michael and Joseph returned.
I loved the text with the pictures of the crew that was going to be coming to my house. Such peace of mind. Paul and Raymond were polite and professional and did an excellent job and wasted no time at all. They were effective and efficient! I would highly recommend Meathead Movers and will be using them again.

The hustle and professionalism
We were supposed to have 6 guys on move day in order to complete the move quickly. Well 30 minutes before your staff start time I received a call telling me that the main guy had called in sick and therefore your company was trying to find a replacement. It turned out that when your crew did finally arrive (45 minutes late) there were only 4 of them and not the 6 as agreed upon. As you can imagine I really wanted to finish the move quickly, it was Saturday and I planned on being done by 2 or 3 at the latest. I have 2 very young children and my only time to spend with them is my weekends, so Meathead not having the manpower really upset me. let me be clear this review is no reflection on the meatheads who did show up. They were very curtious and worked hard all day. I personally just felt the company should have dispatched 2 new guys immediately when it was reported there we're only 4 that showed up. There were 3 of ur guys that literally got there for the very last hr. But that was just too late. The company should reduce the moving bill further if you want to know my truthful opinion. This cost me 1800, plus the cash tip I gave the guys, plus the $125 I spent on lunch for the crew. Total was $2,085, which I would have been happy to spend if all went as your company promised it would. And hey it wasn't that bad. We got it done (Albeit with the help of my 3 workers I brought who were not supposed to help as they are the VP of the company and a senior level staff member. Your prices compared to other outfits are not worth it . I booked under the impression it included a truck . For 5. Hrs with 2 guys it cost me over $700 . On traveling to my house that we moved too it cost me only $200 for 2 guys also who busted there behind to unpack a truck that too your guys 5 hrs to load .
The team that arrived to move us did a great job! Made the stress of moving less stressful. Would highly recommend Meathead Movers!
