We appreciate the involvement that Meathead has in the community and have been loyal customers and supporters because of the relationship with the owners and philanthropic spirit. Typically, we would not say anything, however, this move has been particulary troublesome for us. First of all, the order was adjusted upon arrival with my husband when reviewing the scope of work with our liaison on site (Skyler) and seeing that the volume of furniture was dramatically reduced from time of estimate (a result of our effforts prior to move day). My husband initialed the change order adjusted rate not to exceed $2802.59. At close out time, I was given the invoice to sign and close out, even though my husband was on site. I assumed complete honesty and signed after which discussing everything with my husband we noticed that the change order adjusted amount was increased and changed to $32802.59. This was a concern as there were many movers on site, at times almost looking for something to do. Two of the three beds that were set up were not assembled completely or correctly. Bed #1 has the middle piece laying on the floor under the bed. Bed #2 is a HUGE concern as it has collapsed on to the hardwood floor and has gauged the floor. We are renting and this is a liabilty that we are going to have to cover. Bed #2 is missing a wheel on the frame and now with the collapsed piece It is impossible to put any weight on it. It is lopsided and needs to be fixed as we need it to sleep on. I regret to say that this experience has us questioning any future involvement with Meathead. Having said that, we appreciate your passion for giving back and will not let this interfere with our vocal support of you in this community. Many Thanks, Name removed

My crew -- Tyler Sutherland, Crew Chief and his crew members Alan Marquez and Cruz Rodriguez were the absolute best -- fast, efficient, skilled, and very friendly. It was truly a blessing to work with them.

Today I had the great opportunity to meet Nate B and Edgar M of Meathead Movers when they moved the contents of our Los Californianos storage unit in San Jose to our new location in Los Banos. Excellent service by two young men who take great pride in what they do. They were beyond courteous, hustled to get the job done with such care - our stuff is a bunch of storage boxes with our organization's files and history, but they treated everything as if it were of such great value. To us, it is. If ever we have a need for another move we will be certain to call Meathead Movers, and we'll definitely ask for both Nate B and Edgar M. :)

I particularly like that Somone came to my home for a survey. I also liked that the price of the job was bracketed min/max, and that we were given tips on how to keep the price down.
All was above board and very professional, I did not have to worry about getting taken advantage of by some last minute hidden fee.
I Would highly recommend Meat Head Movers to my friends and family.

Everything was outstanding and I have written 2 reviews with the BBB. Only one complaint and this from my mother at the moved-in site:
She said that the boxes were not put in the correct rooms. E.g., balcony box should have been put on the balcony. Since she is 88, this proved a little difficult.

The movers were very professional, helpful, patient; I was stressing out about the whole situation of moving in general. Due to where I lived they were unable to get the truck up the driveway (due to wires and trees), so they ended up actually carrying everything out to the truck. Very pleasant, well presented, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and have already praised them to my friends and co-workers....thank you guys!
