Crew seemed to be having fun, and very attentive to detail. They move FAST I’ve never seen this before I was amazed. My stuff was secured and protected and the professionalism was 5 star. Hats off to the whole team I would request that same crew again.

My husband was very nervous about hiring movers. He has had bad experiences int he past.From the moment your team got here they were hustling, friendly, and took such great care of packing our belongings. No regrets about hiring this team.

I can't verify number of furniture pads sold to me, the number was much higher than what was originally estimated. Not saying I was ripped off but it would have been nice to be informed during the move that the count was growing much higher than originally estimated, instead of getting sticker shock at the end.
One of the movers dropped a box (about a foot) onto another stacked box. This box has an expensive amplifier in it and it was not even one he was supposed to move (which is why he returned it to the stack). He had no idea what was in there so why would he handle that way? I want to document this because there was not way to test it at the time, being in a storage unit. I would appreciate a response about it.
Endless pages of initialing and signing forms, even though I signed most of the same forms online before the move itself. Some of it seemed premature - like acknowledging that no damage was done to the premises. Sometimes it takes days to discover.
I like it all and have used you in the past. I would like to use you again for a long distance move, but because of the smaller trucks that you use the price was too high.
The staff is very helpful and friendly over the phone to answer all the questions that I had to get started. The movers are always very friendly and polite, they always ask how you want things handled with your items and furniture. There fast and knowledgeable about there job.

My team were calm, efficient and energetic movers. They showed up on time and completed the move in a very impressive manner; they packed & moved my 3 bedroom home in about 5 hours. And they made it fit in a 10’x15’ storage space.
