The team called before they cam giving me a timeline of when to expect them. They arrived on time and didn't start the clock until the initial paperwork was done. They finished within the projected time. They were always courteous and respectful.
The movers were great, friendly, respectful, and did a really great job getting all the items moved. They asked questioned when needed. Before the move stuff (virtual walk-through, quotes, setting up times) kept changing on your end, which kept me questioning just days before the move the time. The Estimate was also not what we discussed during the virtual walk-through so between the times and information changing I had to call a few times to confirm and correct. Even with all of the before stuff being all over the place, the movers more than made up for it and I would recommend Meathead Movers to all my family & friends! Jorge, Angel, and Matthew all did a Fantastic job! Thank you!

Our movers hustled the entire time, were incredibly helpful and patient. Would absolutely recommend Meathead Movers to anyone that wanted to ensure the safety of their belongings during the moving process... 11/10.
Generally very good service and well organized operation. However, during our recent move, one of the workers was seriously injured due to trying to move a heavy object by himself. This caused significant delays and also traumatized other workers so efficiency of move was drastically reduced. Another worker tripped and fell while jogging back to truck: maybe this concept should be revisited. Lastly, lead mover for this move was not nearly as good as prior move. He did not pack the truck very well at first stop such that there was not enough room to continue pack at second stop before final destination. A second trip was required. Also, he had trouble maneuvering the truck and was not able to back into driveway. This consumed a lot of time during maneuvering and added a lot of time to the unloading process. Some significant lessons should be learned from this experience.
I love that Meathead movers is prepared to do it all. From Packing to moving anywhere. Everything I asked for was met with a ‘Yes!’.

The guys were great, good attitude and dispositions but after everything was settled and they were gone things did come into my head about what could've been better. Like the person who dismantles the bed should be the one who puts it together. The bed was dismantled by someone who wasn't part of the unloading crew and my bed has electronics so he was unsure how to hook things up exactly- As they left I had to ask him to hook the wires up which he did without hesitation but had I not caught that I wouldn't have known how to. Also the television was left on the floor, they didn't bother to lift it onto the hutch they brought over - it is extremely heavy! So now I must wait for someone to come by and help me put it on the hutch. I did not catch this but it's common sense that they should load that TV onto the furniture as they unloaded from it.
I guess the point i'm trying to make is that this move was very costly, more than other companies I got estimates for. We should get what we pay for and your company should train the movers better than this. I doubt i'd use you again. BUT again, I will say they were very pleasant and friendly and worked very hard.
They were super nice & cooperative. I wish they would have worked better to fit it ALL on the truck. There was probably almost half of the space left empty-and I still have another carload full to go get. They said they didn’t want to stack on top of some things, but I was able to fit it into a 16’ PODS pod. They could have fit it.
And when they unloaded, we couldn’t close the garage doors. We had to move some things around (a couch & trundle) to be able to close up the garage.
The guys were so courteous and were so fast. Everything went through so smoothly.
Prompt, prepared and very friendly I will definitely use Meathead Movers again and will recommend them to my family and friends.
The moving guys were great, worked hard and careful with things. What we didnt like was chip who michael called when a marble top off a french chest was found broken. Chip gleefully informed us that we had signed a liability release (which we already knew). Then he offered a whopping $75. We said no and he said we would have to file a claim and he would 'shoot us an email about filing a claim' which he never did. He is the reason we rated a 9 for you instead of a ten.
The individuals who moved us were very good and very conscientious. There was a problem with a broken leg from a coach which I feel could have been handled better, but the attitude was "there is really nothing we can do." That was disappointing. But the biggest complaint is charging double time for traveling with "furniture in the truck." That was not explained to me before hand and was a complete surprise at the time the bill was calculated. That should have been brought to my attention before I signed the papers. I have been involved in numerous moves in my life and this was a first.
The guys were professional, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficiently. They were careful with our belongings. I would absolutely use Meatymovers again and also share my experience with others.

Meathead did a fabulous job moving my daughter to Phoenix. Our consultant kept in contact with us and was very patient about revising our contract several times. On moving day, the crew kept in communication with us, and worked very, very hard. They are nice and personable young men. We are using Meathead again for our own move in a little less than two weeks. I heartily recommend them.

Moving team showed up on time and took great care in packing/moving all my belongings. Team was fast, respectful and made sure everything was to my expectations. Would definitely recommend and use again.
