The Meathead team was great! No complaints. I had an unusual move of an insanely big and heavy 200-gallon aquarium, and I was worried the whole way about it getting broken. But they got it moved intact and without a scratch. Thanks guys!
The movers were inexperienced and slow. They ruined multiple walls that I want paid for.
Friendly professional people, very good at setting expectations for costs.
1. Movers from Fresno, Brett and Alexis, both had outstanding customer service skills when interacting with my husband and I. They were courteous, friendly and professional.
2. They are the face of your company and they impressed us with taking direction well, confirmed the directions we gave them and kept us aware of our allotted time so we could concentrate on what was most important to be done.
3. They deserve a bonus!
4. Sarah and Breanna are assets to your company! They are both patient, courteous and were very helpful in answering all my questions the many times I had called each of them. They always had a positive attitude when interacting with me. I appreciated them calling their supervisor/manager to accommodate our needs to provide us with the best moving experience with the company. They deserve a bonus also.

The service was professional, timely, and courteous. I would recommend to anyone needing to move.
I thought the movers would take everything to the new place. They only took boxes and furniture. No miscellaneous items, didn’t take all boxes. For instance those in an upstairs bathroom. They only took what was on a check list. The scheduler should have explained their process. After paying $1612., I have to set up another pack/move for an additional $1000!!
On an added note I was happy with the movers. They worked well, and we’re pleasant. Just didn’t take everything.

Amazing communication before and day of the move. Movers let us know they were on their way and they even arrived a bit early. They were fast but meticulous in preparing all the furniture to go in the truck. At the new house, they unloaded quickly. They were very professional and courteous. We’ll definitely be using Meathead Movers again for an upcoming move next year.

I was impressed from the very beginning call with Michelle where she patiently explained all my options and made sure all questions were answered. Then she checked on me a few times while I was signing documents and then a follow up text making sure I was still on for the moving day.
That morning, I received a text with a photo of all the young men who would be working on my move. They arrived a few mins early and waited for me since I was late returning with my U-Haul. They were kind, helpful, intuitive, careful and made sure everything was just the way I wanted it. And they had fun while they were working which was a pleasure to be around. They all got along great and I could tell one something and he would make sure they all knew.
Highly impressed and I feel very grateful that they took such measures to get everything wrapped and packed and tied down in the truck.
Great communication and great service. I had three guys today that were just the best! I definitely recommend and would use their service again in a heartbeat!

Movers were polite and efficient and did a good job.
The guys lost steam after lunch. They declared the truck full and we asked them to bring everything that was left into the garage, they filled the garage by just dropping stuff in there, and then nothing else fit. I was out getting a trailer to take the rest of the stuff, but my fiance let them go before I got back because they were just kind of aimless and we didn't want to pay such a high rate for them to not do much. We spent 4 hours rearranging the truck, loading a trailer, and getting out of there after they left.
They also weren't clear up front how much time was being split out for packing versus loading. It felt like we were way overcharged.
The Packers and the movers were fast and efficient.
Your men were friendly and professional. They quickly, but carefully. It was a pleasure to do business them and those we worked with making arrangements with over the phone. You are all quality people.

From my initial call arranging the move everyone was pleasant and helpful. The crew of 3 who came today were all polite, helpful and willing to accommodate my needs and answer my questions.

The initial inventory was wrong. It needs to be done in person not virtual. We paid more than we should.
