We called ServiceMaster Cleaning by Roth because we had water damage to our property in Birch Bay in the middle of the cold and snowy weather in January. We were delighted to hear that they could get right out to our property and inspect the damage. As soon as they inspected the property, they put a plan together and communicated it to my wife and I as well as our insurance company. ServiceMaster kept us informed as the project moved along. We are three hundred miles away from the property and were not there to see the damage so having a company that kept us informed at every step of the way made us feel at ease and real professionals were managing this water damage. I would highly recommend this ServiceMaster for any type of property damage restoration. A huge thank you to Amber, Nate, Rich, Garrett, and Rob and everyone else who helped us during the stressful event. Your team is very IMPRESSIVE!

Bob was at my home in less than 6 hours! I had wanted someone to help me with the mess in my guest room with water damage from ceiling. He was great, said when Service Master crew would be there the NEXT day and the time; the crew was very prompt and professional. I actually felt the stress level I had disappear! The crew were done, cleaned and were gone in less than a day. I would call Service Master if I ever have another water disaster.

The 2 young men came out cleaned up my destroyed stuff from a pipe leak in the attic. They were very warm and welcoming even though they did not know me and I was in tears over my stuff, they were very professional and nice as they did there work.
