Your service technicians, Damian Turnbough and James Bonjour, were excellent representatives of your company. They were efficient, personable and friendly. Each explained succinctly what they were doing and why and in terms I could easily understand. They were attentive to appointments and kept me posted about their arrival times and estimates of how much time would be needed to fully complete their restoration services.
A very professional company who knows how to take care of things during a stressful time for the customer. Carla came out right away and took charge of arranging things for the whole removal, clean up and drying. Communication was a key factor with daily phone calls on the status of things. I would definitely recommend ServiceMaster in the future!

Your response time was amazing. Your crew got to my house <30 minutes after I called. Your people were consistently courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Under the circumstances they were quick to respond, courteous, professional and caring.
Overall the service was pretty good. However both on pick up and return days the packers were late (hours late on return day). Pack out was pretty good. Everything tagged and removed. Granted the movers stuffed one of our rooms full of stuff that should have been packed out (the room was only for electronics). Speaking of electronics, we were told several times that all our electronics would be proffesionally removed. They never were, I had to take them down and store them myself (in the room that was now packed full of stuff) Return was not so great. Bed frame, picture frame, and a few other small pcs were broken moving them back in. All of our boxes were left downstairs because the movers "had to get to their next job" (keep in mind they were behind because they showed up late in the first place.)Overall the service was good. One cant expect a few bumps and scratches when yo move an entire house.
You can out fast and worked within my schedule
Politeness, efficiency, helpfulness--Rick McElvoy and Miles were the best, as were Brian and Blaine. Rick was totally calm and effective, always reassuring during stressful occasions and always kept his word on schwduling and work plans. Miles went above and beyond the call of duty by even carrying my dog in & out during the floor restoration!
