Your lead staff, Edgar, was very accommodating and explained all the steps to us. The workers were careful in packing up our furniture. Our only issue was the day of the water damage when it took Servic Master several hours to call us back and send staff to the house. We would have liked the initial response to have been much quicker

Your restoration services were wonderful. Dave Jones came out to our home within an hour of our initial call for help and took charge of the situation. By the end of the day, all wet and damaged materials had been removed and fans and dehumidifiers were on to begin the drying process. Dave and his team was diligent, neat, courteous, professional and helped us move from "disaster" to the road to recovery. We commend them for the care that they took of us and our home.
