The techs who came to our place were very courteous and explained what and why they were placing equipment. They checked on the drying process every day until they were satisfied that everything was dry. We are still in the process of the restoration and will most likely use them to pack out our belongs during construction.

I appropriated that service master treated my family like we were there only customers. Service master either had an answer for out questions right when we asked them or directed us to the individ.uals who had the answers.
Great job cleaning up the "mess" and not making additional mess while taking things out of the house. Very particular with not damaging cabinets or corners with hoses, etc.
