I usually buy my walking/running shoes from Fleet Feet because I appreciate the good customer service and that you check my foot size and confirm that the shoes would be appropriate for me and my needs. While I can possibly get the same shoe through Amazon or Big 5, they do not have the service that you provide along with the feedback. Thank you.

Wow! The shoes I just got are fantastic! I've never had shoes that fit and feel like this in my 74 years. After being fitted at Fleet Feet it's just amazing. My salesman Steve is fantastic. He explained everything completely and was so patient.
I wasn’t able to go to the store until the last 10 minutes of closing and they still were very helpful! They mapped my feet and recommended me shoes which I walked out wearing. They’re very comfortable! Thank you!

Sales associate was amazing. She spent two hours helping me try not only sneakers, but inserts and different socks to find the perfect solution. I am wearing my shoes all day even in the house and they are helping my lower body pain. Excited to get walking outside when the weather cooperates.

The customer service was great. I have yet to try the product, an ASICS Gel Kayuno, but precedent says the product is great also.
