Clerk was over the top knowledgeable, patient and would not stop until everything was perfect. She had me walking and running with multiple pairs of shoes. She watched from the front, both sides and back, with nearly every pair. Was relaxed, not pushy, very accommodating!
Wide variety of products that cover all of your running needs. Wonderful staff, I had three people separately greet me as I looked around. Liz was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right shoe for my needs.

Yes! The sales representative was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the results of my gait analysis.
I am a repeat customer. When I asked if the wall display was men's or women's shoes as well since I didn't see a display on the women's side of the store, a female employee said that this wasn't like other stores so shoes were placed with outfits and sold based on needs. This made no sense. Men's are displayed. Also, I don't like how employees are made to try to sell socks, orthotics, and bras.

I felt the inserts were not necessary and were suggested as part of an upsale effort. I've worn them twice. they squeak, and are very uncomfortable. I didn't return them because I felt I had waited too long after purchase. I will say that the actual shoes I purchased, Brooks and Nike preform very well.
