I was greeted right when I walked in and the customer service was AMAZING! I completed a foot scan and the gentleman assisting me brought out several different shoes and had patience while I figured out which was the best one for me. He also provided so much encouragement a and wisdom for my weight loss journey and healthier lifestyle. I will definitely be back for my next pair of shoes when the ones I bought are worn out.
Miki went far and beyond to ensure I was getting the correct fitting, comfort and performance while purchasing a new pair of walking shoes. I had purchased shoes at this store before, but I had never received the type of customer services that Miki provided. Excellent!

Service was spectacular, def above average. But some of my would-be recommendees aren’t able to be in quite in the same price range as Fleet Feet (or their feet don’t hurt enuf to be able to prioritize it). No complaints at all.
