Camp Bow Wow is a wonderful and welcoming place! The staff is very friendly and accommodating and my pup LOVES going to see his friends. Whether my pup is there for daycare or boarding, I know he will always be well taken care of. I especially love that I can check in on him anytime I want via the app! All around wonderful place.
I love that it's personalized and they seem really interested in my dog. I like that you can check on the dog using the nanny cam.
She doesn't like to be separated from us yet when we pick her up she's excited to see us but not frantic which means she's had a good day

The employees at the front desk are always very friendly and remember my dog. I believe my dog enjoys going to daycare here and it is always kept clean. My dog doesn't come home smelly and has been an environment that does a good job to ensure he stays healthy.

Mostly the hours. Otherwise not very satisfied about paying extra for extra services. I don’t even get a hello when I pick my dog up. I pay for an extra service that my dog did not participate in. Also using my dog as an interview dog without my permission. Sometimes she may be more tired that others and just needs her space. If using my dog as an interview dog, there should be some kind of incentive and permission to do so.
