I love that's its hassle free. I come in, drop the dog off to a welcoming person and I come back to the same. Everyone that works there seems very nice and friendly and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. I plan to keep coming back for the duration of my dog's life.

Great facility, first time guest. However, your staff needs additional training. I assume they are new hires and not seasoned for their tasks. They dropped the ball on several of my requests.
1. I left a voicemail when they didn't answer the phone. Nobody checked before calling me with the dame issue several hours later.
2. I was told my dogs would get a bath while they were there. I came to pick them up and they did not get a bath so I left them which precipitated me to leave them another night due to the delay.
3. The software you use to run your business is TERRIBLE!!! It constantly hangs and miscalculates fees on services. Credit card processing is the worst part. And this happens on both check in and check out. Y'all need to fix this asap or replace the software entirely. I'm sure your parent company has to be aware of this.
Beyond that, I LOVE this place and my dawgs had a great time!!! My bill today was $413.00, a bit pricey considering the inconvenience experienced.

I appreciate your consistency. I know how difficult it is to set high standards and deliver the Camp Bow Wow experience without exception. When I’m in town running errands it is always a great comfort to know that my companion is being cared for with love and responsibility. You can tell by the way she wags when we arrive that she is very glad to be here. There is no substitute for trust. I never hesitate to recommend Camp Bow Wow.
